Please do not return merchandise for any reason without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Batteries: Consumables such as batteries have a limited lifespan and may not function as new. Tech Life will not provide a refund for battery malfunctions, unless we specifically guarantee the battery against DOA in the listing.
Removing any labels from the unit voids warranty.
All serial numbers are recorded to prevent fraud.
