We are required to keep detailed records of materials that we recycle and resell on behalf of customers. We do so by archiving your payment information, shipment tracking information on items that we send to you, and individual serial numbers on items that we sell to you. This information is kept confidential and is used in Audits by the original owners of material we are contracted to dispose of.

Testing: All equipment listed with a warranty has been tested by technical department. If we are not able to test the item or if it has a defect, the item will be sold “AS IS”.  Reasons for the “AS IS” auction will always be stated in the listing. 

Fraud: eBay marketplace or online sales in general. We know all the tricks that people use to commit fraud. We are very proactive in protecting our business and we have safeguards in place to protect ourselves and minimize loss due to theft or deceit. All serial numbers are recorded to prevent bait and switch returns. If item is altered or serial number defaced the item will be returned to you at your expense.
